How do I make a purchase?
Find a vehicle, submit an inquiry, receive an invoice, pay through your bank, receive confirmation and shipping details, then collect the vehicle at your destination port.
What import regulations apply?
Confirm vehicle age, inspection, customs and tax requirements with the relevant authorities in your country before purchase.
How do I find the right vehicle?
Use inventory filters for make, fuel, body and price, or contact our team for a recommendation based on model, colour, year and budget.
Can you source an unlisted vehicle?
Yes. Tell our sourcing team the exact model and requirements and we will search our wider network of more than 10,000 vehicles.
Prices, inquiries and contracts
How do I request a quotation?
Open the vehicle page and submit an inquiry with the vehicle ID. A specialist will confirm availability and prepare an accurate quotation.
When is the contract effective?
The purchase contract becomes effective after both parties sign it following transmission of the contract and invoice.
How long is a vehicle reserved?
Provide transfer confirmation within 72 hours of invoice and ensure payment reaches the receiving bank within 120 hours.
What does the listed price include?
Website prices cover the vehicle only. Export documentation, inland transport, customs declaration, loading, freight, destination taxes and duties are separate.
Vehicle details and accessories
Can I request extra photographs?
You may request additional images when the listing is insufficient, although availability depends on the vehicle location and operational cost.
Are manuals and spare keys included?
Manuals, when available, are generally Chinese. A spare key is included only when supplied with the vehicle; additional keys can be ordered for a fee.
Can accessories be installed?
Audio systems, alloy wheels and other modifications can be arranged before invoicing, subject to cost and processing time.
Can parts ship with the vehicle?
Many declared vehicle parts can ship with the car, subject to customs rules and individual assessment.

Yes. Contact us in advance and we will arrange an appointment and a representative to receive you.
Are vehicles inspected before shipping?
Every vehicle is checked against its specification sheet. Country-specific pre-export inspections can also be coordinated.
Which quality standards apply?
Used exports follow WM/T8-2022 for passenger vehicles and WM/T9-2022 for commercial vehicles and trailers.
